We all agree that good nutrition is important not only for healthy weight and slim waistline but also for preventing many diseases. Today I will mention general guidlines for preventing disease:
· Enjoy fruits and vegetables that are loaded with antioxidant that play a key role in preventing cancer
· To protect your heart you need to read carefully the label to prevent consumption of trans fat as trans fat free products can have 0.5 grams per serving.
· Watch T.V for less than 2 hours daily and exercise 30 minutes a day
· Be careful about healthy salads that can have hidden sources of fat and sugar moreover they can reach up to 800 calories!
· Try to prevent weight gain to decrease risk of chronic diseases.
FIGHT BACK WITH YOUR FORK. STOP DISEASE WITH YOUR DINNER.
Hear disease, cancer and stroke are three killers disease that affect women, yet we all know that healthy eating can prevent these diseases yet other chornic types:
· Choose low fat dairies along with needed supplements so you can decrease risk of colon cancer
· Avoid combination of grapefuit and statin cholesterol lowering medication as the interaction may lead to muscle degeneration.
· Simple exercise can prevent stiff joints.
· Berries, onions and tomatoes provide bodies with antioxidant called flavenoids that are protective against heart disease.
· Enjoy turmeric spicy and other types that protect against breast cancer
