How to get rid of visceral fat: The best cheese to eat to help lose the harmful belly fat
Poor diet and high intake of sugar and sweetened food is linked with obesity and weight gain and especially visceral fat. So it is recommended to cut back on sugar intake while having adequate amount of protein, as protein helps you to feel full for longer period.
Consumption of cheese has been linked to higher level of visceral fat and this is due to high fat content while cheese are good source of protein. But some cheeses offer good choice for having more protein and less fat.
Cottage cheese is an example of good cheeses where it contains around 11g of protein per 100g and has been proven to help people lose weight.
Spot reduction, which is a term used for losing fat in one spot, is not possible, so doing endless amounts of ab exercises will to make you lose fat from the belly.
One study titled ‘The effect of abdominal exercise on abdominal fat’ demonstrated that six weeks of training just the abdominal muscles had no measurable effect on waist circumference or the amount of fat in the abdominal cavity.
