Fried Foods
As they are high in fat they can cause diarrhoea; main common food are rich sauces, fatty cuts of meat, and buttery or creamy desserts can cause problems, too.
Choose roasted or baked foods and light sauces that feature vegetables instead of butter or cream.
Citrus Fruits
They are rich in fibre and can make your stomach upset; instead you may choose easy on like oranges, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits if your belly doesn't feel right.
Artificial Sugar
Artificial sweeteners and sorbitol can cause diarrhoea. AN intake of 5 grams or more of sorbitol may cause diarrhoea.
Too Much Fibre:
Digestive troubles like gas and bloating may result from large amount of fibre that we can found in whole grains, vegetables and fruits. So stick to your daily needs.
Beans
They are rich in protein and fibre and indigestible sugar as your body don’t have enzymes to break them down and the result will be cramps and gas. Instead soak beans for 4 hours to get rid of non-digestible sugar.
Cabbage and Its Cousins
Cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli and cabbage contains non-digestible sugar just like beans and they are high in fibre so they make their digestion process hard instead try to cook them rather than eating them raw.
Fructose
Diarrhoea, bloating and cramps may result after consumption of fructose in some people. You can find fructose in sodas, candies and sweets.
Spicy Foods
When it is a large meal, they cause heartburn and indigestion. This is due to the hot ingredient in chili peppers, called capsaicin, may be a culprit.
Dairy Products
It may cause diarrhoea, bloating and gas if you are lactose intolerant; you should avoid their consumption and try pills that contains enzyme.
Peppermint
In addition to coffee and chocolate, they cause heartburn as they lower muscle at the top of stomach and thus food will go back.
Finally:
Experts say you can lower the pressure that pushes the food back up if you lose extra weight, eat smaller portions, and don't lie down after eating. In addition, you will know which food cause problems and you should avoid them.
