Through the last years, food intolerance test has been used as a way for weight loss, but is this really true... Your body fights danger by itself without your permission or even without having any idea. The real fact behind intolerance is "inflammation". When you eat any type of food that your body is sensitive toward it, your body cannot handle it and it creates a systematic immune wide response, resulting later with a chronic inflammation. This inflammation that affects your digestive, immune and your hormones sabotages your weight finally.

The idea that if you want to loose weight you have so many types of diet; food intolerance or sensitivity test is directed toward one goal: get rid of inflammation not loosing weight.
