Probiotics are bacteria friendly compounds not nutrients that we can found in fermented food and help to maintain balanced between flora in your gut and digestive system.

They are high in vitamin E, iron and protein they are helpful in boosting immune system.
Avocado
It is good source of MUFA, good source of vitamin E, vitamin C, iron, and zinc.
Broccoli
It is good source of vitamin Vitamin A and plant based iron.
Kale
It's rich in so many nutrients including vitamin A, which is important for healthy skin and mucous membranes. Kale also has plenty of vitamins C and E, iron, and zinc.

It is rich in probiotics, protein, vitamin A and zinc. Keep it healthy meal and be careful about flavorings; choose raw nuts, berries and honey.
