Program

You need to follow the same schedule whatever is the program you have chosen: 2 or 4 weeks:


In the morning you will have one cup of activate tea before or during breakfast and then yu will have cleanse tea every other night during the week one and then every third night during weeks two through four.


You need to cut back on alcohol, have smaller portion and eat mindfully. Moreover you need to cut back on vegetables according to their recommendations.


You can get maintain tea to use between four weeks of program.

According to the company, ingredients of the tea cleanse tea can boost metabolism , relieves bloating and cleanse your body while some ingredients have been used for beneficial effect but considering this tea the company did not use any claim to support evidence.


Flat Tummy Tea: Activate Ingredients


Peppermint leaf: It may relieves bloating but there no supporting evidence. As well if you have GERD or hiatal hernia you cannot takepeppermint leaf moreover it can make gallstones worse.


Lemon balm leaf: It may relieves anxiety but more evidence is needed. People taking HIV medications or those that take sedatives are advised to avoid lemon balm.


Licorice root It is not likely to provide any benefits alone and according to some references it may cause water retention so people with several medical conditions including high blood pressure, heart disease, hormone-sensitive conditions, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are advised to avoid licorice root.


Dandelion leaf and root It may increase urination, has laxative effect or increase appetite, there is no supporting evidence.


Cleavers: It may has laxative effect but there is no enough data to support it is safe use.


Fennel seed: It has not shown any effect related to bloating according to studies. Fennel may be unsafe for women who are breastfeeding.


Green tea leaf It is mainly used for weight loss but the studies over green tea were using mixed of herbs so it is not clear of green tea alone make this effective result, moreover it can interact with some medications so you need to consult your doctor before use.


Caraway seed: It have been used for weight loss but there is no supporting evidence. Moreover, it may interact with some medications.


Cardamom pods they are not like to relieve bloating according to studies done.


Flat Tummy Tea: Cleanse Ingredients

Some of the Activate tea ingredients are also included the evening Cleanse tea, including peppermint, licorice root, caraway seed, and dandelion root. In addition, there are more ingredients that are in the Cleanse tea.


Senna leaf: According to studies, it is safe for reliving constipation and it is approved by FDA for short term only as long term may decrease bowel movement and the body will rely only on laxatives.


Cassia Chamaecrista pods (partridge pea): It is may be used as laxatives but there is no supporting evidence about the use.


Rhubarb root: It may relieves symptoms among menopausal women but there is not supporting evidence for it is use in the tea.


Considering this tea, it not make big changes if your aim is to lose weight and you need to make other changes to boost metabolism.


If you don’t have constipation so laxatives can make your health worse.


Laxative abuse occur when the person attempts to eliminate unwanted calories, lose weight, 'feel thin,' or 'feel empty' through the repeated, frequent use of laxatives. Often, laxatives are misused following eating binges, because the individual mistakenly believes that the laxatives will work to rush out food and calories before they can be absorbed—but that doesn’t really happen."


Finally if you are sensitive to caffeine you may have jitteriness, headaches, or other symptoms when you increase your intake of the Activate Tea. According to the company, there is just a small amount of caffeine in the tea (about 2 milligrams per cup), but if you experience symptoms, you may want to cut back to see if it helps.
