High fiber food are one of the most types of food that can be added easily to your diet plan, help you in weight loss and protecting your body from diseases.


Spinach

Low in calories, high in nutrients and antioxidants and provides excellent source of dietary fiber. They are helpful in weight loss strategies and protecting from chronic diseases.


Bananas
