Sticking to a healthy diet is not enough rather additional motivation is needed to remain on track:

Let's start with them, they are packed with protein and fiber as well they help in burning fat as they are helpful in boosting energy and getting full for a longer period by controlling appetite and take more time for digestion. Some burning beans examples: soybeans, black beans, kidney beans and white beans in addition to navy and pinto beans.
Fired up with fish:
Not all types of fish are fat burning like salmon and tuna that are rich in omega-3 that controls a protein hormone that suppresses appetite and helps in weight loss.
Whole grains:
Brown, rice,quinoa, and oat are a good choice for whole grains. Some benefits that make them fat burners are: broken down slowly, a low glycemic index, in addition, they are rich in fiber that helps you stay satisfied for a longer period.
Delicious Dairy
Switch to yogurt if quinoa and oatmeal are your new friend while they are rich in protein and calcium, in addition, they help in preserving muscle mass and promoting weight loss.
If you are worry about full-fat dairy switch to diet type but read labels carefully to avoid extra sugar.
