One egg scrambled with butter provides: 107 calories, 1 grams of carbohydrate, 7 grams of protein, 8 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, and 192 milligrams of cholesterol.

Why do I need to consume eggs?

Eggs are a good source of protein and they are important for building muscles and feeling of satiety for longer period. Moreover, eggs and due to their protein content they are helpful in weight loos plans.
