Introduction:

We all know that breakfast is a key point to lose weight, maintain energy and start your day with healthiest choices. Studies have been shown that breakfast eaters are leaner than non-breakfast eater and they have been shown that people who eat breakfast are healthy choices than people who don’t.

You breakfast should include fiber, protein, healthy fat and complex carbs to lose weight. Moreover, adding protein not only help to lose weight but to build muscle and boost metabolism. I considered eggs as high protein and good choice for breakfast.

Eggs: The healthiest breakfast food for weight loss and burning belly fat?

Many people get concerned about consumption of eggs and elevated cholesterol level but studies have been shown that eggs don’t elevate cholesterol level unless they are consumed with high saturated fatty acid diet.

Low in calories: They are low in calories yet high in protein as they provide 78 calories per one large boiled eggs and 8 grams of protein.

Burn belly fat: Eggs are rich in protein which increase satiety and fullness feeling. Moreover, egg yolk is rich in vitamin D and research suggest the low level of vitamin D has been linked to obesity and excess weight.

Boost metabolism: Eggs contains choline which is only found in the yolks, and it is essential to maintaining a healthy metabolism. Choline also supports energy levels, nerve function, and brain development.

Conclusion:

Preparation method matters, so choose boiling eggs instead of frying them moreover, enjoy them at breakfast if your goal is weight loss.
