Eating while you are not hungry

The begining...
We may eat while we are not hungry, its obviously true because food boost you with energy, improve your work productivity and help you in feeling better and get rid of stress, but the question remains is it good to eat while am not hungry?
We all know that mindless eating especially caloric snacks result in adding weight in pounds over the year, so what to do if I want to eat while am not feeling hungry? You'll get the best answer for you if you can determine why it is that you feel you need to eat.
So why am eating? Even am not hungry?!!!
Boredom:
Opening the refrigerator when we need something to do. At work, if you are stressed or under pressure, you may go to the break room to find food that may be helpful in the relaxation period
Fix: Try to have the conversation with your coworker or go for a walk to avoid binge eating
The Need to Taste
The desire to taste something so we go toward high sugary food and snacks
Fix: Satisfy your need without adding calories by choosing lowe sugary food and low-calorie snacks
Nervous Energy
When you get nervous you directly search for food and ending up with extra weight and eating while we are not hungry
Fix: In social settings where you don't feel comfortable, try to stay away from the food table and make yourself busy with guest
Emotional Comfort
Food fills emotional comfort and provides humans with energy and happiness
Fix: If this is the reason that you eat when you’re not hungry, you may follow healthy habits instead of mindless eating, walking or yoga are good options.
Habit
Its a kind of habit that starts with boredom, while you are watching a favorite movie you may eat in a mindless way or even waking up in late nights to have little snacks that end up with extra weight
Fix: Replace the bad habit with a good habit, if the answer is not hunger try to do another activity to avoid mindless eating
Location
Cravings may result from locations, like restaurant or gathering with friend
Fix: For example, if you are going to take breakfast while you are driving to work, make your choices always healthy or even stick to homemade food.
Finally:
Eating mindless or without being hungry always result with weight gain and bad habits, but surely we don't say that you should be starving to fulfill your body with energy and food instead use moderate portion food to feed your hunger.
Good habits start today not tomorrow. The beginning starts from yourself.
