Today, i will give you 15 food to consume after binge eating.


Choose yogurt: Its rich in probiotic and can help in beneficial bacteria in your gut as bad one can be excreted through gas and diarrhea


Blood pressure rise after sodium surge? Eat banana as it contains potassium and it can balance your blood pressure


Oatmeal: Rich in fiber and help your belly to become full before you go and set up for shopping in addition, it lowers cholesterol level


Green tea: Rich in flavenoids and lower LDL cholesterol and regulate blood pressure


Nuts; Rich in vitamin E, monounsaturated fatty acid and omega 3 and help in lowering your cholesterol level


Beans: Choose your favorite type, they are rich in fiber and helping you to become full


Eggs: They are rich in protein, fiber and B12 vitamin. You may skip yolk if you are worry about cholesterol level.


Spinach: Rich in vitamin B12 that metabolize fat. Eat them raw or steamed


A little bit of vinegar: Regulate blood sugar


Ginger: Try it with tea to increase gas and help out digestion


Go orange: To boost your metabolism and your vitamin C


Try flaxseed to increase your fiber intake


Salmon: Rich in protein and omega 3


Broccoli: Brain booster as it is rich in magnesium and help in relieving depression


Water: Help digestion and soften your stool
