Weight loss is not meant to be a daily struggle while it is just a little bit demanding as it requires lifestyle and habits changes.

Today, I will give you a lifestyle model to lose weight without being really on a calorie restrictive diet.


First step to do is to read label carefully. The process is easy you just need to calculate the total amount of calories per the serving provided by the product.


Secondly, You need to have minimum two snacks daily. Snacks curb appetite and prevent low blood sugar from occuring.


Thirdly,add fiber to your meals. Fiber is respnsible for the feeling of fullness. You can find fiber in fruits, vegetables and complex carbs.


Fourthly, eat healthy meals. Skipping meals is respnsible for slowing down your metabolism which not actually what you want. Always have a regular interval of meals.


Fifth point is to drink enough water. First water is a zero calorie drink which replace unhealthy fruit juices that are calorie dense.


Sixth point is to move more. Sitting all the time dont bring weight loss rather it breaks muscle and prevent you from reaching your goals.


Seven step is to practice portion control. A food scale in addition to measuring cup and spoons teach you how to control your portion.


Finally, write it down in another word keep a food diary as this help you to estimate your total calories and any bad habits that you mauy prevent you from reaching your goals.
