Diet product that increase weight:

We know that a product is classified as a diet one when we see it labled as “low-fat,” “low-calorie” or “fat-free, and they are designed for weight loss.

Unfortunatly, some products will add excess weight rather than weight loss


1. Smoothies and Protein Shakes


Not all shakes are low calories or even diet products most of them are packed with too much calories and a lot of sugar and contain much tahn one serving per container. Drinking your calories will result in excess weight gain.


2. Low-Fat Flavored Yogurt


Sugar replaces fat in low fat dairy product and adding much calories. Instead i prefer whole dairy products in acceptable serving rather than consuming alot of sugar.


3. Fresh-Pressed Juices


Not all juices are really made from fresh juice sometimes they are loaded with alot of calories and drinking your calories will result in weight gain. Try non starchy vegetables juices can be helpful in weight control


4. ‘Healthy’ Sweeteners

Limiting your consumption of sugar is really good idea for weight loss, but some healthy sweetners like coconut and agave are loaded with fructose that increase the risk of insulin resistance and result in weight gain too.


5. Low-Calorie Cereal


Consuming low calorie cereals while you are on diet increase the consumption of sugar while decreasing the consumption of good protein and healthy fat.


6. Dried Fruit


Dried fruit are loaded with calories and sugar and they are equal to one serving of fresh fruit. Use fresh fruit is more healthier


7. Packaged Diet Foods


Packed products are really high wirth preservatives that are harmful to your body and they can be replaced with nutritional dense food.


8. Flavored Coffees

Coffee is very beneficial for your body but using flavored one add to your diet alot of sugar and become unhealthy choices.


9. Premade Salads


Salad are good source of fiber and are highly nutritious but using premade ones that are prepared with special dressing are high in calories and sugar in addition to unhealthy fat. Made your own salad at your home.


10. Protein Bars


Some protein bars are loaded with sugar and calories. Replace them with whole food snack and protein rich one.


11. Diet Soda

Diet soda is not healthy beverage as it increase weight and is not beenfical for gut bacteria. In addition, they increase risk of blood pressure and diabetes.


12. Granola


Granola is rich in pats, nuts and seeds but it is loaded with sugar too. Make home made granola is a good idea to decrease sugar intake or even choose packed granola with less than 6 grams of sugar.


13. Sports Drinks


Sports drinks can be beneficial for athletes and anyone participating in prolonged, intense workouts. But for people on diet they are loaded with calories and sugar.



14. Diet Peanut Butter


Diet peanut butter is lower in calories and fat than regular peanut butter.

But they are loaded with sugar and cooked with unhealthy oil. Natural one is a better choice.


15. Low-Calorie Condiments


Low calorie condiments are high in hidden sugar. Use traditional dressings like olive oil or lemon is a better choice.


16. ‘Healthy’ Sweets

Many desserts and candies are marketed as healthy alternatives to more calorie-laden sweets.

Even they contain fewer calories but they are high in sugar. In addition artificalsweetners cause digestive problems like gas and bloating


17. Low-Fat Foods

Many people try to cut out high fat food while low fat food are also loaded with sugars and result in weight gain


18. Frozen Yogurt

Frozen yogurt is a popular dessert that’s widely considered healthier than ice cream.

But they have alot of calories and added sugar in addition to uncotrolled portion size so

to keep your intake under control, opt for the smallest yogurt cup available and choose natural toppings like fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut and nuts.


19. Sushi


Suchi can be healthy or unhealthy depending on what is filling, fresh veegtables , avocado, shrimp and brown rice make it healthy.


20. Coconut Water


Coconut water is one of the most popular natural beverages around.

It is high in minerals and vitamins but at the same time loaded with sugar and calories. limit consumpotion of sugar is better.


21. Diet-Specific Processed Foods


Processed food are loaded with added sugar so try whole unprocessed one .


Finally:


Avoidance of diet products maybe more helpful in weight loss,going for natural, whole food and home preperad is better.
