Fruits:

  • High in antioxidant

  • Good source of nutrient

  • Good source of vitamins and minerals

  • Rich in fiber

  • Good snack when mixed with Greek yogurt and nuts


If you are diabetic patient you may eat:


*Cantaloupe:

1/3 of a melon

Good source of vitamin C and beta carotene


*Banana:

1 medium

Good source of potassium


*Strawberries:

Vitamin C

1 cup


*Tomatoes:

1 cup: 30 calories

Good source of lycopene and antioxidant

Cooked more lycopene> raw


*Blackberries:

Good source of anthocyanin and antioxidant

1 cup


*Avocado:

One half

140 calories


*Clementine:

Vitamin C and folate

2 fruit
