Cucumbers are rich in fiber and thus have low glyceamic index so as sugar is slowly released then there is no spike in blood sugar. Moreover, they are low in calories and they help in weight loss management.


How can you add cucumber to your diet?

You can enjoy cucumbers as snack while you are watching T.V. or you can add them to salad. In winter you can enjoy them as soup to keep you warm.
