Stomach bloating - the milk swap to avoid trapped wind pain and tummy aches
Stomach bloating is a condition affecting peoples at their life stage. It can make the stomach feel swollen, hard, and it’s generally quite uncomfortable. Your bloating may be due to grassy food or eating too fast or it is simply due to lactose intolerance or allergy to cow’s milk.
According to studies Goat’s milk is less likely to cause bloating and allergic symptoms than cow’s milk do. Cow’s milk trigger allergy by alpha S1 casein content.
Moreover, goat’s milk is easy to digest due to smaller fat particles and it is important for improving gut health. As the non-digestible sugar and oligo-saccharides in goats milk act as probiotic.
According to some research goat’s milk helps in eczema, asthma and digestive discomfort.
Sometimes the reason may not be lactose intolerance or allergy to cow’s milk and then goat’s milk won’t help. Instead try to watch your eating habits like eating quickly or your food pattern like cabbage, beans, lentils and broccoli are rich in rafinose which is hard to the body to be digested.
You need to change your eating habits and always consult your dietitian.
