Bloating is a condition when you feel your stomach swollen and it is due to eating too fast, eating some fatty food or not chewing food properly.
Adding some food to your diet may relieves bloating symptoms.
Today we will talk about cucumber which is a powerful vegetable rich in fibre, potassium, magnesium, manganese, vitamin C and K.
We all know the fibre keeps you full for longer period and slow digestion. The result will be build-up of stools and then lower risk of bloating.
Magnesium is responsible for breaking down food into energy while manganese is responsible for activating digestive enzymes.
When it comes to potassium, is responsible for keeping fluid balance and then lowering water retention and risk of bloating.
Consumption of certain food rich in salt causes water retention and then bloating thus cucumber work by reversing water retention due to its potassium content.
Cucumber flashes out toxins out of your body.
Finally it relieves constipation and improve bowel movement. It is low in calories so you can enjoy it.
