Apples

Apples are crunchy, juicy and filling. According to studies done eating three apples a day is linked to weight loss and this is due to fiber-filling content.


You can enjoy apples as snack or as dessert. In addition they are easy and portable snack, so you can take them everywhere.


1 large apple: 130 calories, 5g fiber


Watermelon

Watermelon is both high in water and low in calories as 2 cups per day have less than 100 calories moreover, it is among the best hydrating fruit in the summer.


It is a healthy snack and summer fruit that you can enjoy it.


2 cups diced watermelon: 90 calories, 1g fiber


Raspberries

They are low in calories and rich in insoluble fibre. In addition they contain the highest fibre among fruits as 7 grams per cup.


1 cup raspberries: 52 calories, 7g fiber


Grapefruit

Half of medium grapefruit offers 60 calories and it is just like watermelon 90% water content.


Naringin is a compound found in grapefruit and according to studies, it lowers blood sugar and then weight loss.


Ask your doctor before consumption of grapefruit if you are taking some medications as grapefruit may interact with them.

Oranges

Oranges are citrus fruit and are rich in both water and fiber.


You can enjoy oranges throughout the year as it has a lot varieties throughout different seasons.
