The type of diet you choose don’t matter what really matters is how much you eat and are you creating calorie deficit diet?
It is not about 1 day or 1 week, it’s about long term lifestyle change.
The best diet is the diet that suit your lifestyle and your goals too. Don’t cut back on carbs if you really like them!
A sample plan formed of 4 parts you can follow it, if you feel you are not losing weight.
· Most of the time, avoid processed food, junk food, and sugary drinks
· Have 1-2 days max for eating unhealthy food and drinking alcoholic beverages.
· If you have work or you are going out, have nutritious and light snacks like protein bars, fruit, and protein shakes.
· Most of the day you should choose healthy, whole food such as fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains, healthy fats like avocado and nuts, and zero-calorie beverages.
The goal of weight loss plan is to eat low caloric food while having most nutritious food as main part of your plan.
