If you are suffering from your belly fat, you can now get rid of it but how?


Avoid simple sugar and sodas

Avoid fructose found in sweets

Eat more vegetables :Try quinoa salad

Increase your fiber intake

Walk for 60 minutes/5 days a week

Drink water with meals to control your intake

Drink lemon juice with ginger before going to sleep
