Banana weight loss or gain?!

Many people avoid eating bananas while they are on a weight loss diet due to two main reasons; first, high sugar content which turns into fat and add excess calories and weight; second, it is caloric content when compared with other fruits, for example, one cup of sliced apples provides 60 calories while one cup of sliced bananas provides 135 calories.
Bananas contain sugar but not the high amount like others food, in addition, benefits come with the whole packaged food, high fiber content make bananas satisfying snack.
