Apple Cider Vinegar and weight loss

Introduction:
Apple cider vinegar has been used for many health benefits like weight loss and blood sugar control.
Many health benefits for apple cider exist like weight control, cold and flu symptoms management, blood sugar control and maintaining slim body as the y burn bely fat. So if you aim to lose weight and control your blood sugar if you have diabetes type two you may try this home remedy.
Researchers observed that consuming a small amount of apple cider vinegar significantly reduced blood sugar levels in humans - who had type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or neither condition.
Other study has been shown that consuming ACV with meals two times daily lower fasting blood sugar. Other studies have been shown that ACV has no effect on lowering blood sugar.
Conclusion:
More research are needed but if you aim to control your blood sugar you can use ACV but you should make sure that you use it cautiously and responsibly. You should not drink vinegar straight, it must be diluted in a glass of water or can be incorporated into your diet by using it as a dressing on your salads.
You should not use ACV as a sole treatment for diabetes instead you should have well balanced diet with physical activity. Ask your doctor before use.
