Today I will mention some aphtodisiac food that dont impact your sex life but contain several nutrients that improve your overlall health. Perhaps the vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals or other antioxidants found in these aphrodisiacs are the real key to a healthy love life.
Bananas
They are rich in potassium and vitamins and minerals. Bananas also contain an enzyme called bromeliad that is said to enhance male sexual health.
Asparagus
This vegetable is rich in vitamins such as folate and vitamin K, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. Moreover, it is low in calories.
