Ginger

Ginger is anti-nausea and soothing stomach. In addition it fights pain in aching joint of arthritis and muscle cramps in menstruation.


Blueberries

They are loaded with polyphenols that act as antioxidants. Moreover other fruits like orange and strawberries are packed with antioxidant too


Pumpkin Seeds

Pepitas is a good source of magnesium which lower risk of osteoporosis and decrease migraine crises but unfortunately don’t decrease pain of legs at night. For more magnesium, add almonds and cashews, dark green leafy vegetables (like spinach and kale), beans, and lentils to your diet.


Salmon

Omega-3 or the healthy fat that is heart healthy is good for relieving inflammation symptoms. Other varieties of cold-water fish, including tuna, sardines, and mackerel, are good choices, too. Tilapia and catfish are rich in omega-6 so avoid them to prevent inflammation.


Turmeric

According to studies turmeric improves walking in people who have arthritis. Black pepper can help your body absorb it, so try a blend of the spices, steeped with ginger and honey into a tea.


Tart Cherries

It contains anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory. According to some studies it may lower muscle pan.


Virgin Olive Oil

Extra-virgin olive oil contain lubricin which keeps joints sliding smoothly and protects cartilage from breaking down. It might help people with osteoarthritis.


Chili Peppers

Capsaicin, the stuff that gives chilies their heat, it works as painkilling in cream and patches. Consumption of chilli peppers may reduce inflammation and pain according to studies.The "burn" also tricks your brain into releasing endorphins, which block pain signals.


Mint

Peppermint oil may relieve bloating and gas associated with irritable bowel syndrome. Peppermint tea is a good soother for occasional tummy upset. In early research, Brazilian mint has been as effective as a prescription painkiller.


Red Wine

According to studies resveratrol in grapes is linked with ease disk swelling that lead to back pain, Women need to stick to one glass while men stick to two glasses. More studies are needed.
