We all know that we end up the week with binge eating, work pressure and stress. The result will be extra weight and toxicity. So we need to get rid of unwanted fat and detox our body. One fruit that can fight constipation, extras weight and still detox the body is blueberries.


Blueberries are the best fruit for detox!

Blueberries are rich in antioxidant and antibacterial compound that protect that body from urinary tract infection according to studies. In addition, they are rich in vitamin B6, vitamin C and potassium among many other vitamins and minerals. Finally they lower cholesterol and protect your heart.

As they help in digestion they lower the risk of constipation and bloating while improving digestive process.

They are rich in fiber which keeps you full for longer period and promote normal digestion.
