Dairy products are good source of calcium and protein. They work by boosting metabolism and are important for building muscles that they are important for weight loss.


You need to have smart choices as some types of cheeses have high amount of fat so switch to Greek yogurt and cottage cheese.


Grapefruit

They contain an active compound called naringin can lower blood sugar and lead to weight loss.


You can have a good snack as grapefruit which provides per medium piece 80 calories and 3 grams of filling fiber. It you find it tart you can add non-calorie sweeteners.
