Weight loss tips:

If you are not happy with the results of your weight loss plan that it is time to re-evaluate your staregy and track the mistakes you have done.


Today I will offer you some simple tips to lose weight!!I hope you find them helpful.


1. Find Out How Many Calories You Should Be Eating, and Keep Track.

You need to download an app on your mobile to track your daily food intake. MyPlate is one app that is useful and it can help you in tracking your food intake.


2. Aim to Work Out 6 Days Per Week.

Try to work out 6 days out of 7 per week. Have a moderate-high intensity exercise for 30-45 minutes.


3. Write Down Your Goal(s). Be Specific.

You need to set specific yet realistic goals.

First step to do is to write why you want to lose weight?

Reasons could be health issues, fitness, body shape or others.


Then you need to set how many pounds or kilos you want to lose?


4. Spend a Minute a Day Visualizing Your Goal(s). What Will It Be Like to Achieve It/Them?

Now it is time to see if your goals are achievable. Okay, well you want to lose for example 10 pounds in one month then great you need to assess can you achieve this goal?


5. Take Your ‘Before’ Photos. Seriously, Take Them.

You need to take photos of your body before you start your diet plan. You need to see how really this diet did change your body shape and weight. Your clothes could be used as a good indicator too!!


6. Record Your Measurements and Weight Today!

You need to take your weight on daily basis just to track body changes and any weight loss failure that occur.


7. Get Motivated By Contests, the Chance to Win Money, and Other People’s Weight Loss Successes.

If you’re motivated by contests, (friendly) competition, and the chance to win money, then it’s even more important to take your “Before” photos.


8. Stay Up-to-Date On the Latest Healthy Eating and Fitness Info.

Subscribe for application that help you to be updated with the latest news about fitness, diet and other.


9. Lean on Workout and Weight Loss Buddies for Support and Motivation and to

Have a friend or committe who can give you motivation once you feel down!!


10. ‘Pre-Track’ Your Food in MyPlate.

It is better to pre-track your meals in order to estimate your total calories intake.


11. Join a Challenge Group.

Go ahead and push yourself to join a Challenge, such as the 30-Day Ab Challenge, the 30-Day Pushup Challenge or the 8-Week STRONGER Challenge group. You will get support, encouragement and motivation that will help you to stick with your workouts.
